BCAA

BCAA shot contains a whey hydrolysate and is further supplemented with the free amino acids L-leucine, L-valine and L-isoleucine (=branched chain amino acids). Our muscle tissue is composed of 35% of these essential amino acids. BCAAs differ from the other amino acids because they are immediately absorbed into the muscle and are not stored in the liver. When carbohydrate reserves are in danger of being depleted, BCAAs are the first to be used.
