The development of this bar was handled very scientifically: the glucose/fructose ratio is 2:1 to maximize the body's carbohydrate absorption. Sodium was added to compensate for the loss during sweating. The added magnesium helps reduce fatigue. Endurance Bar is low in fat and unlike many bars in this segment is very easy to eat, even in low and high temperatures.
