Beet Fuel is a standardized red beet concentrate. However, part of the red beet is replaced here by spinach. This is also a nitrate-rich vegetable but has a much milder flavor. This, together with the natural apple aroma, results in a beetroot shot with a softer taste. This makes the 50ml bottles easier to drink. The nitrates present in these greens are converted in the body to nitric oxide. This creates a dilation of blood vessels and thus a better transport of oxygen through the body.
