BCAA (= Branched-chain Amino Acids) is composed of L-isoleucine, L-leucine and L-valine. Our muscle tissue is composed of 35% of these essential amino acids. BCAAs differ from the other amino acids because they are immediately absorbed into the muscle and are not stored in the liver. When carbohydrate reserves are in danger of being depleted, BCAAs are the first to be used.
L-leucine, L-isoleucine, L-valine, acidifier (E330), flavouring, thickener (guar gum), acidity regulator (E331), sweeteners (E951, E955, E954, E950).
