Guarana is a natural form of caffeine extracted from the seeds of the South American plant Paullinia cupana. These contain on average twice as much caffeine as coffee beans. The caffeine in guarana (guaranine) is released slowly into the body so that the effect lasts for several hours and there are no side effects (such as nervousness, sleeplessness and stomach pain). An ampoule contains 160 mg of caffeine, which corresponds to 2 to 3 strong cups of coffee. In addition, they are supplemented with taurine.
Water, Paullinia cupana Kunth. (guarana extract), taurine, acidifier (E330), flavouring, caffeine, magnesium oxide, preservative (E202), colour (E150d), sweeteners (E952, E950, E954).
