The renewed SANAS Alphamax sports drink is formulated for endurance athletes who want to optimize their energy supply during prolonged or intense efforts. Thanks to a scientifically backed 1:1 ratio of glucose to fructose, Alphamax enables efficient carbohydrate absorption of more than 90 grams per hour without overloading the gastrointestinal system.
This dual-sugar strategy utilizes multiple transport mechanisms in the body, thereby maximizing the carbohydrate absorption capacity. In addition, Alphamax provides essential electrolytes, including 250 mg of sodium per serving of 45 g, to replenish losses through sweat and to help maintain fluid balance. With a double dose, this equals 500 mg of sodium.

Instructions

Depending on your needs and training load, there are two usage options:

Standard use – 45 g of carbohydrates and 250 mg of sodium per bottle (500 ml): Mix 2 scoops (48 g) with 500 ml of water. Suitable for prolonged and intense efforts where optimal hydration is just as important as replenishing carbohydrate stores.
High-carb use – 90 g of carbohydrates and 500 mg of sodium per bottle (500–600 ml): Mix 4 scoops (96 g) with 500 ml of water. Ideal for prolonged or high-intensity sessions where increased intake of carbohydrates and electrolytes is desired.
