Detailed description

L-Carnitine is produced by the body from the amino acids L-methionine and L-lysine. L-Carnitine ensures the transport of mass to the mitochondria in our cells, which stimulates fat burning. This also produces harmful oxygen radicals. As we age, the ability to neutralize these radicals decreases, which can lead to additional damage to our cells (mitochondria).
